OBTAINING SERVICE RECORDS

Veterans of the armed services may obtain copies of their service records.  Family members may also

get copies of  deceased veterans records. The application must state full name of the veteran along

with service number and branch of service. Include rank or rating at time of discharge.

If discharge papers are available, include copies.  If family member is making application,

state relationship to veteran.
